Pricing
Registration fees go towards but are not limited to: team t-shirts/caps, paying coaches, ASA referees, & meet DJ, meet software/laptop/printer, swim team equipment (kickboards, lane lines, starting blocks, etc.), ribbons, concession supplies, signage, office supplies, & the year-end party. The swim team committee is made up of volunteers who work diligently to control costs and make swim team an affordable option for all families. Each swimmers must pay the registration , ASA & Swimtopia technology fee. All fees are detailed below. The ASA (Atlanta Swim Association) is the organizational body that coordinates the meets between the local teams, provides training for the meet software, sets and upholds the rules that are followed during the meets, trains and schedules the meet referees, organizes ASA meets as well as provide other administrative functions for the teams in the league.
Registration fee does NOT include the cost of swim suit, & goggles. Registration will remain open until we have reached maximum capacity or May 1, 2025 (which ever comes first).
2026 Registration Fees
Your registration fee covers 6 weeks of lessons, 5 swim meets, a team shirt and a swim cap for each swimmer
Ages 4-12: $175
Ages 13+: $100
ASA Fees
$50 per swimmer
After 4/16/06 fees increase to $70
After 6/2/26 Fees increase to $75
Refund Policies
- If a parent of a swimmer elects to withdraw the swimmer before May 10, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
- If a parent of a swimmer elects to withdraw the swimmer between May 11-17, you will receive a 75% refund.
- No refunds will be given after May 18th.
- If a swimmer has difficulty meeting the eligibility requirements (swim the length of the pool unassisted), per a mutual agreement among the swimmer’s parents, the coaches, the ineligible swimmer will receive a full refund of your registration fee. This is generally determined no later than the first two weeks of practice.
- Please note the ASA fee may not be non-refundable and will be processed separately by the ASA.
