Practice Policies
Practice is not mandatory to participate in meets. We do encourage everyone to attend practice as much as possible. In order to participate in swim team, your child must be able to swim one length of the pool unassisted.
Practice policies:
- Be on time
- Parents must be present at practice if swimmer is under 14
- Do not interrupt other practices, questions should be directed to the Team Manager
- Wear a suit, bring a towel and water
- Respect Coaches and listen
- Leave the deck when practice is over
- Be a good sport and support your teammates
If any behavior that is disrespectful to other swimmers, the coaches or staff, they will asked to leave the pool. This policy also applies to any behavior I feel is dangerous to the swimmer or other swimmers. We expect our swimmers to be supportive and respectful at all times.
