I still need two timers and one place judge for the meet tomorrow. Per your agreement with the swim team you must volunteer twice. If you can't volunteer, please pay your exemption. To do this, go to the team store and purchase a Volunteer Exemption.  I'll be contacting those who haven't volunteered as we only have two meets remaining. 

• We will be giving out numbers at the Deerlake Clubhouse on Thursday (6/22) morning at 830 am. If your child doesn't get their numbers in the am, please have them check in with coaches upon arrival at the meet.
• Picture Day is tomorrow at 9am!  Have your swimmer wear their Deerlake Swim t-shirt and meet swimsuit.  If we get rained out the make-up day is 6/27
• The meet is in the Grandview Glen neighborhood
• Pool address is 5290 West Price Road, Suwanee, GA 30024
• Parking- there is a small parking lot.  There will be signs for street parking
• Please arrive no later than 430 pm. Warm up will begin promptly at 445pm.
• Meet begins at 530pm
• In the event of thunder, parents and swimmers will be asked to wait in their car for the storm to pass.  
• Please remind your swimmer need to stay in the bull pens. They should not be wandering around in between races. If coaches can not find them, they will miss their opportunity to race because the meet will not pause while we look for them. Our team will also suffer because they will loose us potential points.
• If kids want snacks, encourage them to wait for a big break in between their races before heading to concessions
• Do not put sunscreen on your swimmer number. It will make it come off.
• Have your child bring extra towels.
• Concession will accept cash and credit cards. There will be Chick-Fil-A, pizza, chips, candy, drinks....Jeramiah's Italian ice will also be at the meet.

FINALLY, If you haven't RSVP for the last meet please do so TODAY! Please try not to change your status unless there is an emergency or illness.  Lots of volunteer positions are still available for the last meet also.
