Hey everyone!

First, practice this week is only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  

Our first meet is right around the corner on 5/29 against Laurel Springs at home. Meet and Volunteer sign up is now open.

Please note this is not automatic, parents need to go in and declare whether or not your child will swim in each meet. Below are some directions on how to do this. If you are confused, find me (Monica), Cindy or Jessica at practice. We can go through the process with you.

Don't forget to volunteer also! When you registered, you agreed to volunteer for three meets or pay the exemption. If you have not volunteered by the second meet. I will pull your child from the meet line up until you volunteer.

MEET AND VOLUNTEER INSTRUCTIONS:

Below are some instructions on how to sign up your child to swim for a meet & volunteer positions. Attached is a video of me going through the process also.  Let me know if you have questions.

1)Log into your Deerlake Swimtopia Account

2)Click Meets and events. Click on the Meet Schedule. Click Meet Entry

3)You will see your kids names. Click the Edit button

4)On the next page, you will see your child's name with a drop box that says Undeclared. Click the arrow and choose either "attending this meet" or "not attending this meet" Then click the Save button

6) Next click "Return to Swim Meets" and click the green "Job Sign Up" button

7)Under your name, click the button that says "Sign Up for Jobs"

8)You will see a list of available volunteer positions. Put a check next to the volunteer position you would like to sign up for and then click Save Assignments
