• At 8am we will take a team photo.  Have your swimmer wear their Deerlake shirt.  We will organize the kids and parents can take their own photos.  
• After the team photo, we will be giving out numbers at the Deerlake Clubhouse from 8-9 am.
• Tomorrows theme is Luau
• Parking- there will be signs for roadside parking and parking in the tennis/pool lot. If you live in Deerlake, try to walk if possible. Give yourself plenty of time to park so your child will be at warm up on time
• Please arrive no later than 4:15 pm and have your child check in with coaches at the bullpen. Warm up will begin promptly at 430pm.
•  We'd prefer that you get your numbers in the AM but If your child doesn't get their numbers in the am, please have them check in with coaches upon arrival at the meet.
• Volunteer meeting will be in the Clubhouse at 515 pm
• Meet begins at 530 pm
• Do not put sunscreen on your swimmer number. It will make it come off.
• Concessions will offer pizza (cheese & pepperoni), hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, candy, and drinks. Cash only bring small bills
• Remind your swimmer to be a good sport.
• Do not leave the meet until your child has swum all their assigned races.
• All Swimmers under 10 MUST stay in the bull Pen between races, no exceptions(see guideline below)

Bull Pen Rules

• 6 and unders, 7-8, and 9-10 age groups, must stay in the bullpen until they have swum all their races.
• Swimmers must stay off the tennis court
• Swimmers 11+ are expected to get themselves to their races on time
• Swimmers should bring two towels (one to sit on and one to dry themselves)
• Swimmers should bring games, coloring, bracelet making, etc. to entertain themselves between races
• Swimmers should pack food, snack and drink. Or Parents will need to bring them food from concessions. They will not be allowed to leave the bullpen to buy food until they have completed their races.
• The bullpen parent will take turns bringing the swimmers to the restroom. Or a parent will need to take them to the restroom and then back to the bullpen
