🏊Reminders for Tomorrow's Meet vs. Grandview Glen 🏊

🔢 Numbers will be distributed at the Deerlake clubhouse beginning at 8:00 AM. Please try to attend if possible. It is very helpful to the coaches when swimmers already have their numbers upon arrival at the meet. Also, please do not apply sunscreen over the numbers, as they will rub off.

📍 Grandview Glen Pool Address:
5290 West Price Road, Suwanee, GA 30024

🚗 Parking:
Please follow the posted parking signs throughout the neighborhood for designated parking areas.

⏰ Arrival Time:
Please arrive no later than 4:15 PM and have your swimmer check in with the coaches in the bullpen (located on the basketball court).

⏱️ Volunteer Meeting: 5:00 PM
🏁 Meet Starts: 5:30 PM

A few important reminders:

• Please remind your swimmer to be a good sport and represent Deerlake well
• Do not leave the meet until your swimmer has completed all of their assigned events.
• All swimmers under age 10 must remain in the bullpen between races. No exceptions. They may not sit with parents or wander around the facility. Coaches need to be able to quickly locate swimmers when it is time for their events.
• If your swimmer becomes ill or an unforeseen circumstance prevents them from attending after you have declared them for the meet, please let us know as soon as possible. Adjusting lineups is very time-consuming, especially once the meet has started.
